This privacy policy describes the procedures on the handling of your information when you use the service. Personal data is used to provide the service. By using the application, you agree to the use of information in accordance with this privacy policy.

Collection of data

When creating an account for the service, you will be required to provide a username, e-mail address and password. Your data will be stored in the project database with e-mail and password securely encrypted. Your data, including username, message contents and contacts are linked to a unique identifier. Username and password are used to confirm your identity on login and your email address is used only for account recovery.

Additional metadata, including IP-address, browser type and operating system may be transmitted, but aren't stored. Only what you insert while using the service will be saved.

Usage of your data

Your personal data may be used for the following purposes:

To provide the service.
To manage your account and your registration as a user. The data you provide gives you access to the service.
To manage your requests.

Your data will not be shared with any affiliates. Your username and the contents of any messages you sent will be visible to other users of the service.

Under certain circumstances, your personal data may have to be disclosed if required to by law or in response to public authorities.

Deleting your data

Data regarding your account will be stored indefinitely to ensure operating of the service.

You may update account details at any time by signing in and visiting the account settings that allows you to manage your personal information.

You have the right to request assist in deleting or modifying data regarding your account. However, certain information may be retained if deemed necessary on a lawful basis.

Security

Handling sensitive data securely is important. While acceptable means to protect your information are being strived for, absolute security cannot be provided.

The service does not address anyone under the age of 13. Personally identifiable information is not knowingly collected.
